Freemi Custom is one system for the whole business, so most of what you used to connect is already inside it: bookings, payments, customers, the inbox, your website and your books. The list of what it talks to outside is short, and all of it is on this page.
What Freemi talks to.
This is the list as it stands, not a roadmap. If something is not here, it is not built yet.
Payments online and in person, and deposits at booking, run on Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, and every sale lands against the right customer.
Your website runs on your own domain, with booking and payment built in, and you edit it from the same dashboard.
Customer email lands in the one inbox and on the customer’s record, rather than sitting in one person’s mailbox.
Bookings made on your site go straight into the calendar and onto the customer’s record.
Messages from your social accounts join the same queue, with replies drafted in your voice for you to check and send.
The customers you already have come with you, so bookings, the inbox and your newsletters start from the people who already know you. Bringing years of history across is done with you.

Another booking app
Freemi does not sync with a booking app running alongside it. It is meant to replace the patchwork with one system, not sit on top of it, so running both side by side means keeping two diaries.
Channels not on this page
If a channel is not named here, Freemi does not read it. Messages there stay where they are, with the people who handle them today, until you tell us about it.
Your accounts package
Freemi keeps your books, with takings categorised and payments reconciled as they happen. It does not link into an accounts package, and it does not do your accountant’s job: you hand them a clean pack instead.
